Coach Training

Master Life Coach Training 2010 - SOLD OUT

We have been very busy designing a Master Life Coach training that (we truly believe) will meet your needs, and (we fervently intend) will exceed your expectations. This training is only open to currently certified Martha Beck coaches. It will build on all the training you have experienced so far, add new tools and perspectives, and take your practice to the next level. Once you have completed this certification, you'll have all the information you need to self-publish a book, set up a successful blogsite, conduct a six week telecourse, and/or give an in-person coaching seminar to 30 people or more.

Master Life Coach Training is a six month program and includes the following tele-courses:

Special Topic Courses
How to Write and Self Publish a Book (3 part course includes actual writing)

How to Teach a Telecourse that Becomes a Product (Includes Practicum)

How to Conduct Group Coaching (2 part course includes practicum)

How to Lead an In-Person Seminar (Prep class for on site practicum)

How to Pitch yourself to the Media

How to Handle Difficult Client Situations (Uses actual case studies)

Six Coaching Practicum Courses (These are actual coaching calls with real-time feedback)

(Classes will require about 2 hours of homework per week.)

On Site Master Life Coach Training

(4 days) Customized Group Coaching with Martha
Martha will coach you, assist you coaching and watch you coach.

Supervised Coaching/Feedback Process
You will coach a client one on one and get feedback, ideas, and encouragement on your strengths and areas of focus.

Gift of Equus Leadership Practicum
You will learn about your leadership and communication style and how to use each effectively with your clients.

Mock Seminar Practicum
You will learn to give a dynamic and fun seminar start to finish with real time feedback and coaching.

An Evening with Martha
We will end the seminar with an evening celebration with Martha.

Requirements for 2010 Master Coach Certification

Earned a Martha Beck Life Coach Certification
A minimum of 75 paid coaching hours (documented)
6 months experience as a Martha Beck Certified Coach
Completed the Master Coach Training application

Participation in Master Life Coach training does not ensure certification as a Master Coach. All final decisions about certification will be made by Martha and current Master coaches.

Once you become a Master Certified Martha Beck Coach, you will be eligible to teach Martha Beck sponsored classes and co-teach seminars with Martha and other Master Certified coaches.
