Welcome to Mentoring for Wayfinders!

During this 3-month program, you’ll be rolling up your sleeves and digging deep into the art of coaching. It’s an opportunity for you to fine-tune your use of the Wayfinder tools alongside a small group of fellow coaches and two expert mentors.

While we’re working this joyfully gritty magic together, you’ll be able to connect and collaborate in your private group space in the Mighty Networks Martha Beck Community.

One week before the first class, you’ll receive an invitation to join a space dedicated to your mentorship group. This space will remain open until two months after the last class.
