Hi, this is Martha Beck.
Here’s my best guess about you: you’d love to make a living by genuinely helping others, while pursuing your own true passions. I mean, tell me where I’m wrong.
I suspect this is true about you because it’s true about me. I got started in the structures of the “pyramid” world, doing business research at Harvard and teaching at the American Graduate School of International Management (what most people know as Thunderbird), one of the world’s top business schools. But the pyramid just wasn’t for me. I wanted to live from the inside out, not follow a template a mechanistic society had laid out for me.
So I became the kind of micro entrepreneur I like to train. I’ve spent decades building my own business from the inside out: books, trainings, coaching programs, podcasts, online communities. I’ve navigated the failures, the iterations, the slow builds and sudden breakthroughs.
What I’ve learned is this: the people who struggle most with business don’t lack skill, guts, or heart. They just weren’t meant to by someone else’s map. The pyramid model—hierarchical, competitive, exhausting—was never built for the kind of work you and I feel called to do.

What is the call schedule?
Call schedules will be posted in the events section of the Wayfinder Business Lab. Calls will take place at various times and days to accommodate people across time zones and scheduling commitments.
*While we fully intend to keep this schedule, call dates and times are subject to change based on instructor availability and changing circumstances.
Will the calls be recorded?
All calls will be recorded and will be available within 48 hours.
How long can I access the Wayfinder Business Lab?
As long as you remain a paying member.
Founding members keep the $149/month rate for life, as long as they remain a paying member in good standing.
What is the refund policy?
We know your business evolves over time, and there may be seasons when a continuous subscription doesn’t fit your needs or resources. If you need to step away from your monthly membership now and then, please do so with our blessing. We’ll be happy to welcome you back whenever you have the bandwidth again. Given the nature of the community space, we do not offer refunds.
Will Martha also participate in the community platform, or is it populated by paying attendees only?

The classes in Wayfinder Life Coach Training focus on how to use your newly integrated coaching skills to start your coaching practice—whether that be an entrepreneurial venture, a practice within another vocation, or within your life in general. These are the foundational concepts. In the Wayfinder Business Lab, we spend time shifting the concepts into Square Three action, with a community for support and accountability. Concepts evolve into dreams realized in the Business Lab.
