I cannot thank you all enough for this course! I knew this would be transformational, but I really didn’t understand the depth at which it would affect me. My prior “normal” state felt much like a torrential river of thoughts, fears, and uncertainty running through my head at any given time. It was my standard for decades. Now I find the river much more peaceful and flowing, and I’m growing into my own strength. Several people have commented that my face is lighter, brighter somehow, and I exude calm and peace. My husband, who is a man of very few words, told me that I seemed much more energetic now. I think what he’s referring to is my posture, my way of speaking, and my energy levels are not as they were before affected by a consistent sense of malaise and feeling downtrodden. At 54, I feel like I am finally coming into my own, and I cannot thank Martha and the amazing instructors enough.
