HOW TO APPLY:
Thank you for your interest in Wayfinder Master Coach Training! We are selecting up to twelve (12) Certified Wayfinder Coaches for the 2025 group and are excited that you want to be one of them!
In order to create a balanced, diverse group, we do not accept participants on a first-come, first-served basis. We will review every application, listen to everyone coach, and talk with each person individually before assembling our group.
Applications are due for consideration no later than February 14, 2025, and an individual call with Jennifer Voss must be scheduled prior to this deadline, so please don’t wait until the last minute! We will notify you by March 14, 2025, of your acceptance status, and we roll a few weeks after that.
Due to this quick turnaround, a payment will be due to secure your spot within seven (7) days of notification if you are selected. You can opt to pay the remaining full tuition of $14,800 or you can select the payment plan option of eight (8) equal payments of $1,850 to be charged 30 days apart. Payment links will be emailed with the acceptance letters.

Please follow these two steps:
Step #1: Schedule a Call
Schedule a 30-minute phone call with Jennifer Voss to discuss the program and ask any questions you have about the application or training.
If you’ve already determined this program is right for you, please proceed to Step #2. As long as you have your call scheduled with Jennifer, you can continue with the application process. Submitting prior to the deadline is appreciated!
Step #2: Complete the Application
This application contains three parts:
1. Complete the application questions below.
2. Attest to having coached at least 100 paid or unpaid coaching hours.
3. Submit a 30- to 40-minute recorded coaching session and time-stamped transcript.
IMPORTANT GUIDELINES FOR SUBMITTING your coaching sessions
- Your client should not be another Wayfinder coach (graduate or in training).
- Demonstrate your coaching skills, using the Wayfinder Coaching model and any Wayfinder coaching tool or combination of tools you wish.
- Have your client agree at the beginning of the call or in writing to be recorded and to have the recording shared with the WMCT instructors and/or the class for purposes of your application and for receiving feedback. We will maintain your client’s confidentiality and will delete the recording after the training is over.
- Your session recordings should be a single, unedited recording that is at least 30 minutes and no longer than 40 minutes long. It will not be considered if it is outside of these parameters.
- If you don’t already have a conference call number, use a conference service such as http://www.freeconferencecallhd.com/ and follow the instructions to sign up for a free account.
- If you use Zoom or another video conferencing service, please send the audio only.
- Have your call transcribed with breaks between speakers and time stamps. Rev.com is a transcription service we recommend.
- Submit the call audio and transcript on the application form.
IMPORTANT: Please do not submit a recording already reviewed as part of your WLCT certification process or within another mentoring program.
