You will have two virtual weekend gatherings and three classes with Martha. The remaining classes will be a combination of in-depth mentoring and coach-the-coach-style observed coaching.

The 2025 Wayfinder Master Coach Training will begin with an
introductory call on Tuesday, April 1st, at 1 pm ET.

This will be followed by a virtual kick-off workshop on April 4-6, 2025
and end with a celebratory virtual retreat on October 17-19, 2025.

We do limit enrollment to 12 participants per cohort, and acceptance is application-based.

IGNITION WORKSHOP
April 4-6, 2025

In the kickoff workshop, you’ll come together with Martha and your fellow Master Coach trainees, get an overview of the program, and plot a course that will carry you through the upcoming months. You’ll clarify your version of success as a coach and learn to pinpoint any errors that may be keeping you from realizing your goals. And you’ll begin the process of dissolving those errors and moving forward in every area of your business and your life.

Highlights of this workshop will include:

  • Envisioning your unique ideal coaching practice. Exactly how do you want your coaching to look?
  • Learning to recognize the internal alignment that allows you to recognize the truth. How do you build a practice that’s in integrity with your values?
  • Creating a plan to get you from wherever you are to your own definition of coaching success. What should you do next?
  • Committing to show up for your own progress, supported by your instructors and fellow trainees, throughout the program. How will you overcome any and every obstacle until you realize your dreams?

All these activities will be challenging, enlightening, and fun. You’ll leave the workshop with a personalized framework for success, brand-new tools to propel you forward, and companions to cheer you on as your vision becomes reality—in coaching and in life.

THE HERO’s RETURN WEEKEND RETREAT
OCTOber 17-19, 2025

This retreat will honor all the work you’ve done and the progress you’ve made as you completed your Wayfinder Master Coach Training. In the archetypal hero’s saga, the adventurer returns from the “road of trials” with a gift for the world. Your practice—and your new expertise as a coach—is the gift you will bring. You’ll share your success and the completion of the “road of trials” with Martha, your fellow trainees and instructors.

*Both weekends are virtual gatherings via Zoom.
