Classes will be held on the following dates* and times. All calls will be 90 minutes long and take place at 1 pm ET on Mondays. All calls will be held via Zoom and will be recorded.

Class dates and times to be determined.

Remember: If you can’t make it live, you’ll be able to access the recording on your choice of video or audio-only within 48 hours. Closed captions and transcripts will be provided.

*While we fully intend to keep these times, call dates are subject to change based on Martha’s availability and the changing circumstances.

There will be a Q&A call with Martha. Date to be determined.

All calls will be recorded and will be available on your online learning site within 48 hours.

All course materials are available online. The class materials AND our course community forum will be available in ONE unified location—within the Martha Beck Community powered by Mighty Networks.

You’ll love the ease of navigating around The Art of Calm’s dedicated, inclusive online home and connecting with your classmates in the community space—on your phone or computer!

This space is wholly separate from Facebook, and we think you’ll be thrilled with the creative freedom and privacy it offers.

You’ll be able to access the community and download the call recordings and transcripts for three months after the completion of the course.

All The Art of Calm Course participants may request a refund until TBD. To request a refund, email [email protected]. We will refund whatever you have paid, less a $75 USD service fee. The service fee will not be applied to any future training or events. We will not offer refunds after the refund window closes.

While Martha loves to offer a live course every summer, one of her guiding values is Perpetual Creative Response, which means that her mind and her work are continuously evolving. Her summer courses are based on her latest research and tools, so each course is unique. If The Art of Calm course is offered again, it will be a different version.

Yes! Upon completion of the course, if you are an ICF credentialed coach, you may request a certificate for nine (9) Resource Development Continuing Coach Education Units. If you are a Wayfinder Coach Training graduate, you will find your certificate on Coach Hub after you have completed the course. The Art of Calm is a course designed to work specifically with your anxiety and creativity. It is Martha’s current passion project and the product of all her most recent research.

Anyone who is currently enrolled in Wayfinder Life Coach Training (or who has taken it in the past) will benefit enormously from The Art of Calm, both for your own personal growth and for the ways that you bring your coaching tools to the world.

We accommodate a variety of learning styles and capabilities to make our program more accessible.

Some of the accommodations we currently offer are closed captioning on all videos, an accessibility plug-in installed on, transcripts, and video and audio recordings of live calls. In addition, our community app works well with VoiceOver and Test-to-Speech (TTS).
