Thank you for joining us for Practical Wayfinding: How to Thrive When Everything’s Falling Apart.

If you feel overwhelmed and bewildered by all that’s happened in the past few months, you’ve come to the right place!

In this course you’re going to develop skills for navigating the major changes that are occurring around us with grace, confidence, and creativity.

You’ll find all of the technical information about the course below. There’s a lot here, so please be sure to read it carefully.

Program Overview

• Each week, a new virtual learning module will open on the learning site. You’ll watch a video of Martha teaching, and she’ll include an activity for you to practice during the week. Each Wednesday from April 15 to May 27, you’ll receive an email letting you know when a new module has opened.
• Each Tuesday from April 28 to June 2, you’ll tune in for a weekly live class with Martha (using Zoom). She will talk further about the topic and the tools and exercises you’ve been practicing in preparation for class. Martha will also answer your pre-submitted questions.
• The discussion forum in the Learning Site is your connection to your Practical Wayfinding community. The more you interact, the more positive transformation you’ll experience in this course. 

The Learning Site

This is where you’ll find your course content, and where you’ll connect with the community. It contains:

• Weekly pre-recorded video lectures from Martha on the week’s topic, including the latest exercises and practices.
• Dial-in instructions for your weekly classes with Martha, and the recordings from those calls.
• Use the discussion forum to:
  • Chat with your classmates, share responses and discussion around the course, as well as your own experiences with Practical Wayfinding.
  • Post questions for the Practical Wayfinding team.

The Schedule

March 31 – April 14 – Registration Period

• You’ve been given access to the first module of the Learning Site, where you’ll find a welcome video from Martha and some tips on how you can prepare for the program.

April 15 – More of The Learning Site Opens  

On this date, you’ll be given access to the following modules:

• Welcome module – Here, you’ll find the program schedule, information on how to navigate the site, and guidelines for participation
• Forum – We’ll welcome you into the conversation in various discussions
• FAQs and Support modules – Access these to get your questions answered

Practical Wayfinding Program Emails

We will email you weekly to let you know when the new learning module becomes available. We’ll also give you instructions for the live classes with Martha, and send other announcements as needed.

REFUND POLICY

All Practical Wayfinding participants may request a refund until May 4, 2020. To request a refund, email [email protected]. We will refund whatever you have paid, less a $75USD service fee. The service fee will not be applied to any future training or events. We will not offer refunds after the Refund Window closes.
