That’s right: Even though you’ve signed up to receive our emails, you still might not see them in your inbox. It seems illogical, we know, but email is not a guaranteed service—no one get to everyone’s inbox every time, including us!

• First, if you see our email in your spam/junk folder, first move it to your main inbox.
• Next, add our email address to your contact list and/or safe sender list.
