Martha Beck’s Wayfinder Master Coach Training Partial Award Application

Martha Beck Inc. is committed to supporting diversity. We know that lives can be changed through Martha’s tools and methods, and we want to help bring this work to those who need it. To that end, we offer financial awards in every WMCT program to those who will use the training to create positive change in diverse and underserved communities who may not otherwise have access to it. These include (but are not limited to):

  • Black, Indigenous, and People of color.
  • Members of ethnic groups that have historically faced marginalization and oppression.
  • Individuals with physical or cognitive disabilities, visible or non-apparent.
  • Individuals who experience discrimination based on their gender identity and/or sexual preference.

Award applications are reviewed by a committee of people both internal and external to MBI, who represent multiple intersections of ethnicities, races, genders, religions, sexual orientations, abilities, and age ranges. The committee is created to maintain a selection process strongly influenced by those who belong to or are entrenched in the communities that need to be actively served better.

If you would like to apply for a partial award to help you pay for your Wayfinder Master Coach Training, please bear in mind the following details:
