Engineer, Wayfinder coach, and someone who has rebuilt herself across many countries and industries. I work with people in deep transition — changing countries, careers or relationships — supporting the crossing from an old identity into a life of greater aliveness, alignment and purpose.
My work is grounded in the belief that the power to change is already within you. Using a creative approach, I draw from hypnotherapy, transformational coaching, mindfulness, and body awareness to help clients create lasting changes by helping them become aware of the subconscious, and make it conscious.
