Passionate about helping others heal and grow, I’ve served as a nurse and a midwife for years. Guided by intuition and spirit, I was led to life coaching, where I now hold sacred space for others to remember who they are. My coaching centers on personal growth, life transitions, and soul-aligned living.
From Google to a vegan bakery to coaching, my path has never been linear and that’s my strength. I help women navigate change, including grief and loss, and reclaim growth on their own terms. I believe in living from within, letting intuition lead and evolving into who we truly are.
