I’m a queer feminist, mother of five, and heathen mystic. When the stakes are high, I’ll help you navigate it all with fierceness, tenderness, and integrity.
I help clients trust the wisdom of their bodies by coaching them through the powerful somatic techniques and neuroplasticity tools that allowed me to heal from over a dozen diagnoses 10+ years ago. Our deepest desire is to feel whole, and our body can be our tour guide if we surrender and allow it to lead the way.
