I coach/mentor coaches, speakers and others who want to write their own stories as tools to help others. I also work with family members of people who struggle with addiction, work in the sex industry, and/or are incarcerated to heal relationships.
I help soul-searching moms lost at the intersection of motherhood and midlife (re)connect to who they are, what they want, and how to get it. When we stop striving for perfection to embrace that we are glorious “works in progress”, our lives open up to deeper fulfillment, pleasure and purpose.
