I’ve spent my career focused on people and change and I know that the right support, at the right time, changes everything. As a Wayfinder Life Coach and Certified Divorce and Co-Parent Coach, I help women and families move forward focused on the future they’re creating, not what they’re moving beyond.
I have worked for many years in health, as a PT and health care executive. Occupational burnout provided me the opportunity to explore a new way of being. Wayfinder coaching is and was a huge part of my healing and I would be honoured to walk with you along your path while you uncovering your inner wisdom.
Do you second‑guess every decision, wonder if you’re “good enough,” and replay awkward moments on loop? That self‑doubt drains joy, freezes progress, and keeps you feeling small. I coach people‑pleasers to quiet the critic, anchor in self‑trust, and show up with clear, confident presence—on and off the call.
As a former art gallery owner, I greatly benefited from coaching to overcome ingrained limiting beliefs, negative self-talk, and other obstacles preventing me from leading a joyful, authentic life. This experience, combined with years of meditation & yoga practice, inspired me to embark on my own journey to help others.
