Fitch Wilder (they/them) is a life coach, artist, and nonbinary Cali babe. They believe that exploding shame, building compassionate community, and steeping in the bubble bath of self love is the root of transformational healing. Fitch specializes in LGBTQ+ clients, empowerment, and healing from trauma.
I help folks struggling with exertion exhaustion, impostor syndrome, and identity confusion to restore perspective and equilibrium to their lives. Having lived both sides of the binary, I have special interest in helping folks explore gender-based limitations and possibilities for greater authenticity.
