Having worked as a director in advertising for many years I reset my life toward coaching. I started with energetic healing, and shamanic work, as a certified psychological Coach and Focusing Coach, and am now a certified Wayfinder. I coach decision-making, internal leadership, inner relationships, and sleep deficiency.
I’m passionate about co-creating a life of meaning. I raised four children with ADHD, lived overseas and experienced post pardon. I had to break generational dysfunctional patterns to create a new, healthier relationship with God and my family. I have the life of my dreams and I am grateful to work with you.
