Hi I’m Carolyn, I’m a holistic business coaching. As a business owner for 30 years I got a hunch that if I invested into myself and not my business, that everything would fall into place. That was the start of a journey that I’m passionate about. Coaching transformed my life and now I help other business owners do the same.
I help women of color in Corporate, Nonprofit, Academia and Small Business who seek meaning but struggle to find their path. My coaching addresses challenges faced by Black, Indigenous and People of Color navigating systems not built for them. I offer equitable pricing because representation matters.
I work with folks who want to live from a deeper selfhood. My specialties are self-trust, writing/creativity, people-pleasing/codependency, and exploring mature and embodied spirituality. And this kind of work is not just a personal betterment project—when we consciously walk our path, we become a nourishment to our world.
Helping clients access healing and navigate change since 2008, practicing intuitive counseling and hypnosis, and was certified as a Wayfinder Life Coach in 2022. Married, mother to 3 boys, I have moved in many spaces, cultures and languages – experiences that humble, change and open me endlessly. Walk with me into joy.
My husband and I have raised six children and when my youngest started school I began teaching school for 12 years and counting. I have seen many different styles of parenting and believe success isn’t tied to achievements, but to relationships. I have a passion to help people work on improving relationships.
