As a former art gallery owner, I greatly benefited from coaching to overcome ingrained limiting beliefs, negative self-talk, and other obstacles preventing me from leading a joyful, authentic life. This experience, combined with years of meditation & yoga practice, inspired me to embark on my own journey to help others.
Certified in both psychedelic-assisted coaching and life coaching, I offer one-on-one, guided psychedelic coaching containers in Colorado. Having benefitted from psychedelic coaching in my own life, my passion is to help others safely experience the potential of psychedelics, feeling fully supported.
