Brooke lives in Colorado harmonizing her own experience by writing & outdoor adventures with her 3 children.
Working with clients 1-on-1, or groups, I help people reconnect to their joy & purpose through coaching sessions, yoga/meditation, and humor writing workshops. I conduct improv classes for team-building to help clients find their voice. I’m a certified yoga instructor, public speaker & mother of four daughters.
