Hi, I’m Ana Maria. I am so happy you’re here. I have 20+ years of experience in scientific research, and have seen the best and worst of Academia and lab dynamics. I bring to this space life coaching tools to partner with individuals and organizations in creating the spaces where scientists flourish.
As an author and transformative coach, I love helping women find their power to create the life they desire. I coach women who are searching for happiness and aren’t afraid to dream big. I help them figure out what happiness means to them, and together we create a plan to achieve their aspirations.
I specialize in supporting Individuals/families and couples in practical and emotional aspects of adoption.
In addition, I coach teens who want to explore their issues, build their self-confidence and enhance their personal skills by providing guidance, empathic listening, support in a safe, nurturing environment.
As a certified coach, AMFT, and former professional, I bring a unique blend of skills to guide you through life’s challenges.
