In particular, I specialize in helping women live with courage and joy – especially members of the LGBTQIA+ community, like myself – and I deeply believe coaching should be accessible to everyone.
I am a mother and the author of the memoir Pitter-Pat: A Mother’s Journey from Lost to New Life. As a Wayfinder Life Coach, I intend to help clients make gentle but powerful steps towards sustainable change in their lives, guiding them to make empowering choices that align with their true selves.

Working in both the mainstream corporate world (Tech) and in the creative spaces of teaching Yoga, Breathwork and Mindfulness, I have wide experiences to draw from.

Hello! A little about me- I live near the beach in southern Delaware with my husband, two children, and my lazy pup. I’m a certified Life Coach and a self-taught Tarot reader/teacher. I’m a triple Scorpio, intuitive empath, special needs mom/advocate, and I begin my day with coffee and end it with a walk.
I’m a curious and creative changemaker who believes in the potential of the human spirit to dream a world of wonder and beauty into being. I believe everyone has a purpose and all hold multiple gifts and it is up to each one of us to do the work needed to activate them. In doing so, we empower both ourselves and others.
