My philosophy centers on creating a safe space for client expression and exploration, fostering awareness and growth. Like quenching water for a wilted plant, when tended to, yields renewal and vibrant transformation.
I support parents in navigating the unique emotional, mental, and logistical needs of nurturing a child or adult child with Autism Spectrum Disorder. I question assumptions, challenge mindset, and make space for the sadness and grief that come as part of the alchemical process of parenting a neurodivergent child.
I partner with people who know something is ‘off’ in their lives. They want change and to thrive but have not yet figured it out. I truly believe everyone deserves to live a life of joy, freedom and ease; Wayfinder Life Coach training has given me a map to guide people to explore and implement what that means for them.
As the inspiration behind the best-selling book on inclusion, “My Friend Isabelle”, I have spent my life as an advocate for myself and others. With a Communications Degree from the University of Northern Colorado, it is my desire to serve families and people with disabilities to overcome life obstacles with grace and joy.
