I take a body-based approach to help my clients access their own inner wisdom, and I offer small-group Adventure Coaching sessions (day-hikes that include coaching). I am also a licensed massage therapist.

I am a certified life coach trained with Martha Beck & Lissa Rankin and shaped by many life experiences. I have worked over 10 years in an international consulting firm so I uniquely combine my corporate consulting background with heart-based life coaching to create very practical and transformative experience for people.
