As a Breathwork teacher, transformational coach, mother, and wellness advocate, I believe in a gentle approach to transformation and integration. My primary intention is to offer people a true sanctuary; a space where they can arrive exactly as they are—with no part, pattern, nor piece being too much or not enough.
Jessie Mahoney, MD is a pediatrician, yoga and mindfulness teacher and one of the first physician coaches. She blends mindfulness, somatic practices, and mindset tools to coach women physicians who are successful on the surface and struggling underneath. She offers 1:1 and group coaching, and retreats.
I spent years as a neuroscientist and years in solitary meditation retreat. I loved both, but trying too hard left me exhausted and unhealthy. I took time to heal, and along the way, I learned to use my experiences and knowledge to help people find the place where daily life becomes contentment, transformation, and joy.
