As the inspiration behind the best-selling book on inclusion, “My Friend Isabelle”, I have spent my life as an advocate for myself and others. With a Communications Degree from the University of Northern Colorado, it is my desire to serve families and people with disabilities to overcome life obstacles with grace and joy.
Along with MB coaching, I am a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, Tiny Habits Coach, Yoga Teacher and 4-D Wheel Practitioner. Our bodies hold creativity and wisdom.
