Jo Troll comes to coaching from the background of Irish dance with experiences as a disabled queer person in dance. As a coach, they value the body as a teacher, focus on building trust, holds awareness of oppressive systems, and are curious to learn your perspective and expertise.

I help my clients deepen awareness of their Relaxation Response, to reach measurable goals, reduce stress, and find a deeper sense of clarity and wellbeing.
