I am fascinated by happiness (not “being always high” kind of happiness but rather “be well” kind). I love helping people who feel stuck find their Way to their well being. It might take different shapes like career change or remembering your mission in life, but it all starts with one thing: believing that you CAN be well.
As a coach and mindfulness meditation teacher, I help people to develop understanding of their current situation, to gain perspective on how to make positive change, and to deepen connection with their true, beautiful nature.
I’m Eric, a lifelong entrepreneur and creative. Since age 3 I’ve been traveling, learning languages by ear, and understanding how to relate with anyone, anywhere.
I explore and transform identity and relational patterns with my clients, as a means for cultivating more aliveness and empowerment in their lives.
I am a multi-faceted, intentional human, and skilled at living authentically. Helping my clients discover peace, acceptance, resilience, and supporting life shifts, is how I serve.
