Hello! I started out life living in America, travelled around, did a tour in the Peace Corps, and have settled for the last decade or so in the United Kingdom. My coaching style embraces the belief that everything can be made better with self-forgiveness, honest reflection, and tons of shared laughter.
My goal is to help you to flourish and become the happiest and most authentic version of yourself! We all experience challenges and transitions throughout our lifetimes.
