I approach coaching from a holistic perspective. I integrate embodiment, emotion, energy and spirituality. When any of these aspects is out of balance there is a ripple effect that reaches all areas of life. Whether its work, relationships, or our self-esteem, finding balance means we can reconnect with our soul’s knowing.
As a tenured professor, I was unhappy for a long time: attached to my academic identity, addicted to work, and regularly experiencing shame-driven anxiety due to imposter syndrome. Not surprising, this cycle led to burnout. I now coach those in soul-crushing careers and help them find lives and careers that nourish them.
I’m a seasoned Silicon Valley corporate storyteller, executive speaking coach, personal transformation coach and stage actor, working with people who are ready for a deep, transformational change of consciousness and life experience.
