As a former Partner in a US national executive search firm for nonprofit and mission-driven organizations, my coaching practice is focused on holistic support through leadership challenges and changes. I am a Life and Style coach. I help men and women who are struggling with a life transition, such as divorce, or retirement or an autoimmune condition, such as celiac disease, and love working with them on their confidence, including their personal style. Weight loss is also a specialty.
After 20 years in the corporate world I have a unique perspective on work-life balance: the goal is fulfillment, or ‘Practical Magic’. As a mindset coach, I guide professional men and women through reducing their stress and overwhelm so they can break through what’s holding them back, and experience more ease and joy.
