I am a Life and Style coach. I help men and women who are struggling with a life transition, such as divorce, or retirement or an autoimmune condition, such as celiac disease, and love working with them on their confidence, including their personal style. Weight loss is also a specialty.
After 20 years in the corporate world I have a unique perspective on work-life balance: the goal is fulfillment, or ‘Practical Magic’. As a mindset coach, I guide professional men and women through reducing their stress and overwhelm so they can break through what’s holding them back, and experience more ease and joy.
I love helping people find Emotional HappEness and self-love. It’s buried under layers and layers of shoulds and false stories. Life coaching saved my life and I’m grateful I get to help Burned out teachers, unhappily married women and troubled teens navigate the journey towards living a truly Happe life.
