    I realised not long ago that often when I do “procrastinate” it is not procrastination at all but a way of torturing myself: in reality, either I don’t want to do the thing at all – and I can live with the consequences – or I still have a lot of time to do it anyway. Both ways: why do it now? Or more precisely, why not do it but spoil the present moment with reminding myself of a to do list the size of the empire state building ? Has anyone an idea ? (because I don’t).

    Very nice timing. I am banging my head building a website and procrastinating sleep and self-care! I started canceling things and people years ago and have never regretted it even when it was uncomfortable dealing with other people’s reactions to those decisions. Thanks for the videos!
