I know how it feels to struggle to find time for your creative work and to question its value. I want to help you overcome resistance, amplify your creative voice, and live inspired.
I help people stop overthinking, second-guessing, and staying stuck in roles, relationships, and routines they have outgrown. Through coaching, workshops, and guided programs, clients learn to catch the pattern, trust themselves, and stop choosing what feels safe over what feels true.
I am an artist of paint, petals and words. My work in the world gives me the chance to coach, create and witness others as they uncage their inner creatures and reconnect with the Earth in their bones and the Ocean in their veins. Together, we create ways of living with restoration in this wild, modern world.
