So often it’s the clutter in our minds that keeps us from thinking freely, in an expansive, creative and intuitive way. My approach is to facilitate a thinking space for you. In this way, creating the space for the changes you crave in your life.
I coach/mentor coaches, speakers and others who want to write their own stories as tools to help others. I also work with family members of people who struggle with addiction, work in the sex industry, and/or are incarcerated to heal relationships.
I provide unflinching kindness and relentless compassion. Having someone on your side doesn’t make it easy to be your true self in the world, but it can provide the support you need to feel like you aren’t alone on this journey.
