I specialize in helping people make hard decisions. I’ve spent a lifetime grappling with big decisions and the loneliness of ambivalence and reluctance that comes with them. I especially love walking with clients through the “good on paper” things they choose to walk away.
For 20 years I brought art, film and global events to life as a Producer and Executive Producer. Now, as a Wayfinder Master Life and Leadership Coach, my trauma and ADHD informed practice helps creatives break free from burnout, rediscover their spark and lead with energy, direction and heart.
Kara helps people stay connected to their deepest dreams. Her work focuses on excavating the true self from the many masks it picks up and particularly likes working with artists. She lives in verdant, snowy Michigan and teaches others to find happiness and balance by trusting their inner wisdom.
Gazit Chaya “Z” Nkosi (they/m) shares about the nervous system via the Rooted Co-op, SSP and 1:1 coaching. Rooted in the understanding that “it’s not you, it’s your nervous system,” Z offers individuals the opportunity to shift out of reactivity and to align with their ability to respond to and create within their reality.
My intuition is my superpower. As a Coach, it helps me ask questions that spark curiosity and inspire you to rethink and reimagine your life. With a knack for seeing beyond the surface, I help individuals navigate challenges, cultivate self-awareness, and tap into their inner strengths to become a Leader in their own life.
