Ann Ramsdell, Ph.D. is a free-spirited, crystal-wielding developmental biologist who is fascinated by how our origins – physical and metaphysical – shape our lives. In the lab and beyond, Ann’s favorite experiments are the ones that lead us to more wonder, fulfillment, joy and emotional healing.
I’m a physician and a life coach. I rejoice in helping overwhelmed and exhausted professional women find their joy. My passion is supporting women “in transition”—navigating divorce, cancer, loss, career changes, tapering off psych meds, or any liminal stage of life. I specialize in helping to move out of survival mode, overcome anxiety and depression, and awaken radiant health through to the transformative power of radical self-care.
Morgan Edmunds is a life coach who helps women navigate life transitions, from motherhood to careers and beyond. Trained by Martha Beck, she employs the latest research in mental health and wellness, and some intuitive magic, to get clients unstuck and moving toward their life goals by accessing their own inner knowing.
Shelly Coffman is a Wayfinder Certified Life Coach as well as a Certified Yoga Therapist with the International Association of Yoga Therapy. Shelly holds coaching certifications from Institute of Integrative Nutrition, mBIT International and several Certifications in Holistic Health and Fitness.
