Trained by Martha Beck, she employs the latest research in mental health and wellness, and some intuitive magic, to get clients unstuck and moving toward their life goals by accessing their own inner knowing.
Shelly Coffman is a Wayfinder Certified Life Coach as well as a Certified Yoga Therapist with the International Association of Yoga Therapy. Shelly holds coaching certifications from Institute of Integrative Nutrition, mBIT International and several Certifications in Holistic Health and Fitness.
