I coach/mentor coaches, speakers and others who want to write their own stories as tools to help others. I also work with family members of people who struggle with addiction, work in the sex industry, and/or are incarcerated to heal relationships.
As a trauma-informed Master Certified Life Coach, Reiki Master, and Narcissistic Abuse Specialist, I help women navigate and heal from unhealthy relationships so they feel more peace and freedom in their lives.
My 20+ years as an Internal Family Systems therapist helps me create a safe, powerful, transformational experience that support people seeking to clear internal blocks. Clients can then reach their fullest potential in areas such as clearer thinking, communication, trust, boundary setting and leadership.
Randi Rubenstein coaches parents raising strong willed kids. Randi searched endlessly to find the resource that would help her own highly sensitive, strong-willed child. (He’s now 25, healthy and happy-ish:). She’s been passionate about helping other “cycle-breaker” parents like herself for almost two decades.
