I’ve been a Yoga teacher for 25 years and love the interplay between Yoga and Coaching. Yoga gives us a taste of the true self; coaching gives us the tools to translate that spark into a way of being. I offer sessions in both methods and will partner with you to create a program that reflects your needs and aspirations.
I love hearing about peoples dreams and futures. I have a Masters in Counseling and worked with families affected by domestic violence, the children needed an advocate and a voice and that is what I did. I also have been working with children with intellectual disabilities to find their voice. Let me help you find yours!
I work with folks who want to live from a deeper selfhood. My specialties are self-trust, writing/creativity, people-pleasing/codependency, and exploring mature and embodied spirituality. And this kind of work is not just a personal betterment project—when we consciously walk our path, we become a nourishment to our world.

My husband and I have raised six children and when my youngest started school I began teaching school for 12 years and counting. I have seen many different styles of parenting and believe success isn’t tied to achievements, but to relationships. I have a passion to help people work on improving relationships.
