I’ve been a Yoga teacher for 25 years and love the interplay between Yoga and Coaching. Yoga gives us a taste of the true self; coaching gives us the tools to translate that spark into a way of being. I have a Masters in Counseling and worked with families affected by domestic violence, the children needed an advocate and a voice and that is what I did. I also have been working with children with intellectual disabilities to find their voice. Let me help you find yours!
