    As always Martha is spot on. I just wanted to emphasize how easy this process can be, how powerfully mere awareness can shift a pattern no matter how entrenched it can appear. So, open your heart, mind and soul to really enter the chaos pattern. A fine distinction is to be aware of the pattern itself (a feeling and vibration) rather than “why” you have this pattern (a mental process). Your mind will delight in justifying, guarding, holding this pattern. Heart awareness evaporates it instantly. Have fun with it!

    Meditation help when I was unemployed to calm down and know that it was going to alright. And it was. Now I’m under employed, but employed. I meditate to adjust my attitude toward that reality. My happiness is a choice.
