I am a leadership coach, trauma educator, and consultant offering trauma-informed support to individuals and organizations. I have a bachelor’s degree in psychology, a master’s degree in social work with advanced licensure, and I am a certified clinical trauma professional with 20 years of experience.
I recommend the outdoors and gardening. I enjoy helping women explore their next steps. I have over 30 years of parenting and homeschooling experience. I host women for brainstorming sessions and vision board playshops. I love to read and recommend books. I have a 4-step program for change that I utilize with my clients.
My specialty is rooted in a systems perspective of “the way organizations work” and how individuals within organizations can do great work and lead their best lives. I work with individuals and organizations on identifying and aligning priorities, working through difficult problems, and building and repairing trust and team effectiveness.
Master Certified Business Coach specializing in careers, including individuals on their next career move, entrepreneurs who’ve stood their businesses up to build their business to the next level, and professional women at the Director Level or higher to be an ally, and provide outside perspective and consultant.
My passion is helping executives, leaders and teams elevate performance, collaboration and emotional intelligence by providing consulting, executive coaching and workshop facilitation.
