I was born and raised in Florence, Italy, where I graduated as a Social Worker. I am a qualified Alexander Technique teacher and a Craniosacral therapist. I am a certified Wayfinder Coach. I work with a variety of people presenting with various issues: Anxiety, Self-esteem, Stress, Fears and Limiting Beliefs
