As an author and transformative coach, I love helping women find their power to create the life they desire. I coach women who are searching for happiness and aren’t afraid to dream big. I help them figure out what happiness means to them, and together we create a plan to achieve their aspirations.
I help creatives and women to feel the confidence and freedom to love and express themselves more fully. I’m an artist and mom myself. I know how it feels to struggle to find time for your creative work and to question its value. I want to help you overcome resistance, amplify your creative voice, and live inspired.

I have more than 25 years international HR experience, my last role was Global Talent Lead for GSK Pharmaceuticals. I mainly work across Europe and North America.
I work with individuals who struggle with limiting beliefs and thoughts, time management, and accountability matters. As a veteran high school educator, I also work with parents and teens with matters not limited to motivation, career, success, and accountability.
