Depressed and anxious with low self esteem, I found coaching and started my journey to feeling confidence in my relationships, doing meaningful work and finding my own joy! I have a background in service, a degree in psychology and 10 years helping others through coaching and personal growth groups. Sharing this is my joy!
Half my clients are men who were persuaded to talk to me by their wife/ girlfriend/sister… then shocked to discover they like it. We have a blast. I also love coaching coaches (we mine the valuable projections coming up in their own practice) and people overwhelmed by change or stuckness.
I work with people who want to live with clarity and confidence. One more thing: I only work with people who want fun, and lots of it, and who are willing to fall in love with what’s possible!
I help sensitive people who are feeling stuck, vulnerable or overwhelmed fulfill their unique self-care needs and focus on their creative work. I believe self-care and creativity go hand-in-hand — when we strengthen one, we strengthen the other and become more and more of who we truly are.
