After losing my 25 year-old son in 2020, I began an unexpected journey through grief. A major part of my grief process was the hard work of healing everything the grief brought up, and what grew from that was a reconnecting to my soul and inner wisdom. Now, my calling is to support others on the path of healing and growth.

As a Certified Wayfinder Coach, I feel a deep call to accompany those who are on the cusp of change in their lives through Change Coaching. I am a Zen priest and teacher, spiritual director, Unitarian Universalist minister, author, and workshop leader. I am committed to helping my clients find greater freedom and joy.
Upon exiting the entertainment world, I found my life’s calling to heal and awaken to my true nature, and inspire others to do the same. When we all seek and find our authentic selves, truth, highest purpose, connection, joy and love, we create the collective shift in consciousness that will change our world for the best.
I support people who want to live a sweet life, who want to feel free, discover their potential, and do things that are truly meaningful to them. We explore and take care of thoughts and emotions, reconnect to the body and the inner wisdom and find the place of truth where solutions and inspired action can emerge.
