Spiritual Growth
We each have the ability to tap into our innate wisdom, but sometimes we get lost in external advice instead of trusting ourselves. I’m passionate about connecting people to their intuition to help them recognize what’s true (and untrue!), so they can overcome barriers and live the life they truly desire.

My life-long interests in Nature, Storytelling, Film, Art, Creativity, Literature, Mythology, and Spirituality all culminate in Coaching.
After losing my 25 year-old son in 2020, I began an unexpected journey through grief. A major part of my grief process was the hard work of healing everything the grief brought up, and what grew from that was a reconnecting to my soul and inner wisdom. Now, my calling is to support others on the path of healing and growth.
As a Certified Wayfinder Coach, I feel a deep call to accompany those who are on the cusp of change in their lives through Change Coaching. I am a Zen priest and teacher, spiritual director, Unitarian Universalist minister, author, and workshop leader. I am committed to helping my clients find greater freedom and joy.
Upon exiting the entertainment world, I found my life’s calling to heal and awaken to my true nature, and inspire others to do the same. When we all seek and find our authentic selves, truth, highest purpose, connection, joy and love, we create the collective shift in consciousness that will change our world for the best.
