I’m a certified life coach specializing in helping people with childhood trauma release their shame, get unstuck, and start successfully “adulting.”
Along with MB coaching, I am a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, Tiny Habits Coach, Yoga Teacher and 4-D Wheel Practitioner. Our bodies hold creativity and wisdom. I ask questions and offer tools to support you to recover from stress brought about by job changes, death, divorce, financial issues and more. Let’s talk!

With a background in psychology, I am a professional of deep listening and adore working with the gentle hearted dreamers, feelers and searchers of this world.
I’m in love with that thing that happens when you have a little shift in energy or a little shift in perspective, and all of the sudden you have whole new eyes, new possibilities, and a new landscape suddenly appears. I can’t make you have those aha moments, but I can create the space for you to have them for yourself.
