It contains everything you need to help you prepare for the STAR. You’ll receive more communication as we move closer to the trip and will soon be invited to a secret space for you and your fellow STARlings in the Martha Beck Community to discuss logistics and ask questions.
In the meantime….
- If you chose a payment plan, please check your receipt for specific payment schedule details. A receipt has been emailed to you separately.
- If you selected a payment plan and wish to change your credit card on file, please email [email protected] at least a week prior to your next payment date.
- If you need to re-confirm the dates or the type of room you selected, please email [email protected].
- Your registration fee includes all STAR activities, your flight to and from Londolozi/Johannesburg, meals, and accommodations while at Londolozi.
- All other air travel, Londolozi gratuities, and accommodations in Johannesburg are not included.
- Any other questions can be emailed to us at [email protected] and we will help you out pronto.
REFUND POLICY
In the unfortunate event that your plans must change, here is our “we-hope-you-don’t-need-it” cancellation policy:
As the African STAR is an exclusive event with a limited number of spots, we do not offer refunds. By registering, you are demonstrating your commitment to this unique experience and to paying the full amount for the room you select.
We highly recommend having “cancel for any reason” international travel insurance.
